After months of household Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley rumored divorce, eventually became a reality. this musician couple true divorced!

In her official website, Avril makes a statement about the destruction of their marriage that has been going for more than three years.

“I and Deryck have been separated for a more positive life. We have been together since 6.5 years ago. We’re friends since I was 17 years old and started dating in the age of 19 years. Then we got married when I was 21 years old. I’m happy for the time we had been through, “Lavigne said in his official website at Thursday, September 17, 2009, as cited Aceshowbiz, Friday (18/9/2009).

This gothic-style singer insists, despite having separated with Deryck, she always appreciate and respect Deryck.

“He’s the most amazing man who I knew and I still love him in my deep heart. Thank you to my family, friends and fans for your support,” Lavigne wrote.

Deryck did not want to lose. On his MySpace, he wrote about his messy marriage.

“During the last 6.5 years is a remarkable life for me. Sorrowful feels when everything has to end. We remain a family and move to live a more positive,” this Sum 41′s lead singer said.

Just like Avril, Deryck states still love Avril and will remain friends forever.

Since getting married in July 2006, many times they hit households divorce issues. Last month, the New York Daily News made the news that this time Avril, Deryck really a matter of time for a divorce.

The absence of child become one of the reasons they split. Deryck anxious to have child to harmonize the time of marriage apart. But, Avril refused.
